<P>Launch Windows Live Mail. Click the "Accounts" tab at the top of the window, and then click the "Email" button.</P><P>Type your full email address ending in "@qwest.net" in the "Email Address" box.</P><P>Type your password in the "Password" box, and place a check in the "Remember this password" box if you do not want to enter the password each time Windows Live Mail checks for new messages.</P><P>Type the name that you would like others to see when receiving messages from you in the "Display name for your sent messages" box.</P><P>Click the "Manually configure server settings" box, and then click "Next."</P><P>Click the drop-down menu next to "Server Type" and select "POP."</P><P>Type "pop.mpls.qwest.net" in the "Server Address" box under "Incoming Server Information." Make sure that the port number is "110."</P><P>Type the part of your email address before the "@" symbol in the "Logon User Name" box.</P><P>Type "pop.mpls.qwest.net" in the "Server Address" box under "Outgoing Server Information." Make sure that the port number is "25."</P><P>Click "Next," and then click "Finish" to begin using your Qwest email account.</P>

On the top corner hole is a ball that you'll need to push down with either a ballpoint pen or the needle provided by the refill kit.Inject InkWith the cartridge in the upright position inject 20 ml of ink in the top corner hole with the syringe. Gently squeeze the cartridge and tape the hole to create an airtight seal. Epson Stylus R200 Refill Ink Instructions

<P>Lay down a couple paper towels over your intended work surface.</P><P>Remove the empty ink cartridge from the Epson Stylus and insert it into the top of the chip resetter.</P><P>Wait for the LED lights to flash green, then remove the cartridge and place it on the paper towels.</P><P>Use the thumb drill from the refill kit to create a hole on top of the empty cartridge.</P><P>Puncture a second hole into the cartridge so that air can escape when you begin to pump ink in.</P><P>Fill the syringe from the refill kit with the appropriate ink.</P><P>Place the syringe needle into the fill hole and fill the cartridge completely.</P><P>Remove the syringe and cover the two holes with either electrical tape or small dabs of hot glue to create a tight seal.</P><P>Wait for 24 hours before attempting to replace the cartridge as the ink needs time to settle.</P>
