Gateway E6000 motherboards are used for desktop personal <a href="">computers</A>. According to Gateway online support, a Gateway motherboard may return errors based on BIOS beep codes. When a Gateway E6000 motherboard is used on a 9315 server, typical error codes usually occur prior to video initialization through a series of audio beep codes and after video initialization through onscreen error displays. They include BIOS beep codes, boot block error codes, memory BIOS messages and storage errors. As returned by a Gateway E6000 motherboard, an error code 0000 defines a timer error. Select the router that is not capable of a wireless client bridge; this will be your gateway router.Look on the back of your router for an IP address and enter this into your <a class="StrongLink" href="http://www.ehow.com/internet/">Internet</A> browser's address bar.Type in your username and password, found on the back of your router or in the router's manual.Change your router's IP to "192.168.1.1" in the LAN IP Setup section. Enable the "Use Router as DHCP Server" option.Modify the IP address range so it starts at "192.168.1.100" to "192.168.1.199."Click "Wireless Settings" and configure your router's security, choosing either "WPA" or "WPA2" to maximize performance. Write down the SSID, security type and security key.Connect your modem to your router's WAN port.Test your Internet connection using any mobile wireless device, such as an iPhone or laptop. Position this device where you wish to set up your wireless bridge. You should receive at least 50 percent signal strength.Connect your second router --- capable of wireless client bridge --- directly to your <a class="StrongLink" href="http://www.ehow.com/computers/">computer</A> using an Ethernet cable.Type "192.168.1.1" into the address bar of your browser. Enter the security type you noted down into the "Security Mode" box and then type in your security key.Go to "Basic Setup" and change your router's IP Address to "192.168.1.3." Set the subnet mask to"255.255.255.0," the gateway to "192.168.1.1" and the Local DNS to "192.168.0.1."Disable the WAN Connection Type and then click "Apply."Log out of the router. Log back in using the new IP address "192.168.1.3." The second router should be connected to the gateway router.Repeat the steps from this section for each router that you want to add to the bridge.
