This means you'll be able to capture better video in low-light conditions, as well as enjoying the sharp crispness of full HD home videos. The shaky-handed will be pleased to hear that the OIS Duo system helps provide a stable image; no Blair Witch effect here, thank you very much. With a handy Switch-Grip system, the HMX-Q10 recognises the angle at which you're holding the device and turns the LCD display accordingly, so you're always aware of exactly what you're recording no matter which hand you're holding the unit in. Simplicity is key After some intense consumer research, the company has found that simplicity and affordability are key priorities for camcorder users - we'll just give you a minute to recover from the shock of this revelation. In the interests of simple operation, Samsung has implemented a brand new Easy Operation and Smart Access user interface, purporting to make it quicker and easier for you to playback videos on the 2.7in LCD screen. Despite promising affordable full HD, Samsung is keeping us guessing when it comes to the price of the HMX-Q10; we contacted them to ask for a retail price but no word yet. Orange announces new cheaper iPad plans

The iPad will come in a variety of storage capacities still, with the 16GB costing £199, the 32GB coming in at £249 and the 64GB offering costing a whopping £349. But Orange is also rewarding its existing customers for staying loyal to the brand as well, with the monthly price plans costing £2 a month cheaper. Slightly cheaper chips £25 a month (or £27 for new customers) will get you 1GB of anytime data, and a further 1GB allowance from midnight to 4PM – Orange's so-called quiet time data. On top of that you'll be allowed unlimited *cough*3GB really*cough* Wi-Fi through BT Openzone when out and about – so the upshot is you shouldn't really ever run out of data unless you're streaming the entire internet or something. However, it's predictably not cheaper than buying the iPad outright: for instance, the 16GB 3G version costs £499 to purchase, and £7.50 a month will get you 1GB of data on Three. This works out at £589 over the course of the deal, should you want to sell and upgrade your iPad when a new one emerges (which it obviously will). Compare this to the nearly £900 the Orange deal will cost, and you can see the cost saving. T-Mobile was first out of the blocks with a statement that reveals nothing more than a relatively soon UK release date for the new iPad price plans: "T-Mobile UK today announced it will offer new purchase options for iPad users, including more affordable prices when purchased with a data service plan, for iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G models in the coming months." Anything you can do... we can do equally as well And hot on its heels, Orange released a statement that was almost identical. In fact, it is, except thankfully someone copy and pasted the word 'Orange' in for 'T-Mobile', thus avoiding an embarrassing situation: Orange UK today announced it will offer new purchase options for iPad users, including more affordable prices when purchased with a data service plan, for iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G models in the coming months. Currently, if users want to buy Apple's tablet and use it wherever they like, the only option is the iPad 3G, which involves a hefty payment to buy the device then more money per month to your favourite network for data. So the statements leave us in the dark over UK pricing, but if compared to the <a href="http://www.techradar.com/reviews/phones/mobile-phones/apple-iphone-4-694980/review">iPhone 4</A>, it seems likely you'll be able to pick one up for around £150-£200 on a £35-£30 per month, two-year deal - although the fact there won't be minutes or texts involved may alter that price slightly.
