Type "%appdata%" into the textbox on your Start menu and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. This will search for "%appdata%" on your computer.
Double-click the "Corel" folder when it appears in the search window. This will take you to the PaintShop Pro file folder.
Right-click on the "ImageDB.db" file and select "Delete" from the menu. This will delete the database file and reset your cache.
Launch your PaintShop Pro software again. It should launch successfully, but may need a moment to rebuild a new cache file the first time.
