Fold the duplexer's door down and pull out any stuck pieces of paper you see inside, then fold the door back into the closed position. Remove the duplexer from the printer by pressing on the buttons on either end of the duplexer.
Pull out any stuck paper inside the printer, and spin the rollers to make sure no small pieces of paper are stuck to them. Push the duplexer back into place so both buttons snap, and plug the power cord back in.
