Place a Windows 7 installation disc into the CD/DVD drive of the computer, then reboot and press the space barwhen the "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD" message appears.
Select your preferred options in the "Language to install," "Time and currency" and "Keyboard or input method" drop-down boxes. Click the "Next" button and then click the "Repair your computer" link located in the lower left corner of the "Install Windows" window.
Click on the Windows 7 operating system you wish to restore that is listed in the "System Recovery Options" window and then click the "Next" button. Click the "Startup Repair" option to repair or reinstall the boot files. When "Startup Repair" has completed (this may require more than one reboot), restart the computer to verify that the boot files have been reinstalled or repaired.
