Stop any pages that were loading when you got kicked off the server. This makes reconnecting easier. Close all windows or leave them open and click refresh once you have been reconnected.
Click on your internet icon. The shape and location of the icon will depend on the type of computer you are using. However, the icon will change colors and appearance or a balloon might come up that says you no longer are connected.
Click "Refresh" once you've opened your internet connection box. When you see your Qwest connection, click on it to reconnect.
