How To Create A Webex

<P>Obtain a paid subscription. Once a paid subscription is obtained, Webex provides a meeting site that integrates your company to the Webex site.</P><P>Open browser, such as Internet explorer or Firefox. Launch browser and go to the meeting site. For example, if a company's name is Vandeenbros, the meeting site address is "vandeenbros.webex.com."</P><P>Access the meeting site, go to "Host log in," located on the top right hand side of the teal bar, to enter "User name" and "Password."</P><P>Enter the user name and password that Webex provides you. For example, "jsmith@vandeenbros.com." Then, click "Log in."</P><P>Click on the "Host a meeting" link on the left hand sidebar.</P><P>Fill out the appropriate information on the "Schedule a meeting" screen. Information such as: meeting topic, password, date, time of meeting, duration of meeting, and e-mails of the attendees in which you wish to send the invitation out to.</P><P>Click "Schedule a meeting."</P>
