We first saw and spied on this device in early July and it was running some Android 2.3 Gingerbread. This should make for a perfect back to school mid-range phone for friends and family.</div>

The Samsung Admire is said to sport a 3.5″ display, 3.2 MP camera with an 800 Mhz CPU so the price should be plenty affordable. The best part is it will be running on the latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread so things should be plenty quick and stable. It should come in both red (pictured above) and grey like we saw in the leaked images.</div>

Official pricing and release date have yet to be announced but MetroPCS did say it will be hitting store shelves in time for back to school sales so we expect a mid to late August release. Original leaks suggested a price of just $149 for the Admire so it might be hitting shelves at a pretty great price. MetroPCS is claiming a great phone with great features and pricing for students and we’d have to agree as long as it’s around the $149 mark we mentioned. Oh Snap! Wirefly is at it again offering extremely low prices on the phones we love the most. Last we saw they had the Thunderbolt for $99 but this is a new low. Right now you can get the HTC Thunderbolt with those 4G LTE speeds for just $59 at Wirefly (with a new contract). Sadly these deals are for new contracts only but if you’re not in contract feel free to cancel and sign a new one to get this steal while it lasts.</div>

It really is a shame these sort of deals are only for new subscribers but then again for that price can we really complain? If you missed it the Galaxy Tab 10.1 32GB was up yesterday for only a few dollars more. This price at eBay of $499 sure is nice considering the 32GB Xoom is still rocking a $599 price tag at most places.<br/><p style="text-align: center;">It may not be as thin as the Galaxy Tab or look as sleek but the Xoom was and is the original Android 3.0 Honeycomb Tablet. The first of its kind and will probably continue at least for a little while to be the first tablet to get updates from Google regarding the OS just as the Nexus One did. The Honeycomb tablet market is heating up quick and soon we will have many many choices to choose from but for now the Xoom is still an excellent choice.</p><br/>We don’t know how long the deal will be up and it looks like they have already sold over 20 so if you’re wanting to get in on this I suggest you hurry.
