<P>Open an Internet Explorer browser window.</P><P>Click the "Tools" button near the top-right corner of the window, or the "Tools" item in the top menu bar.</P><P>Select the "Pop-up Blocker" item and then click the "Turn On Pop-up Blocker" option.</P><P>Open a Firefox browser window.</P><P>Click the "Tools" item in the top menu bar and select "Options."</P><P>Select the "Content" tab located near the top of the resulting dialog box.</P><P>Check the box labeled "Block pop-up windows."</P><P>Click "OK" to confirm the change.</P><P>Open a Google Chrome browser window.</P><P>Click the wrench icon located at the top-right corner of the window and select "Options."</P><P>Select the "Under the Hood" tab and then click the "Content settings" button.</P><P>Select the "Pop-ups" tab on the left side of the resulting dialog box and then check the "Do not allow any site to show pop-ups" option.</P><P>Click "Close" on each of the next two screens to confirm the change.</P>
