Office Live tools help users with different aspects of their business, including tracking customer information, promotions and marketing, and online sales of products or services. Microsoft Office Live's user forum serves as the primary method for troubleshooting and getting questions answered. Other methods include email-only support and a status page that notifies customers of system maintenance issues. Problems logging in could indicate an internal website issue; check the status page (See Resources) for updates or to report a problem. Also, you can reset your password from the site's log-in page. Microsoft Office Live Workspace has a January 21, 2011, discontinuation date. The change automatically upgrades all Workspace accounts and allows users to store, share and edit documents from virtually any location.
