Sign up with USTREAM (see Resources). USTREAM is a service that offers free video streaming and online broadcasting to its users. Using this site, you can multicast your existing programming onto the Web. To get started, click the "Broadcast" button at the top right corner of the screen.
Register with Justin.TV (see Resources). Much like USTREAM, Justin.TV is an Internet video streaming service and can be used to show existing broadcasts on the Internet with minimal work required. You can start broadcasting on Justin.TV by filling out the form at the bottom of the page to create an account.
Broadcast on Stickam (see Resources). Stickam is a live video-streaming service that has more of a community feel. Not only can you multicast your own broadcast on the Internet, you can also invite several community members to appear on your stream using picture-in-picture boxes. You can sign up for Stickam by clicking the "Go Live" button at the top right corner of the webpage.
