Instructions for How to Write a Bootable Knoppix CD

Locate the Knoppix file on your computer.

Right-click the disc image.

Click "Burn disc image."

Insert a blank CD or DVD. If you downloaded the larger version (typically around four gigabytes), insert a blank DVD. Otherwise, use a CD.

Click "Burn." Once this process has finished you will have successfully burnt a bootable Knoppix disc.
