Call Clearwire's Customer Service department at 888-253-2794, and request that your service be canceled.
Pay the early termination fee quoted to you by Clearwire, if you are still under a contract and have surpassed the 14-day return period. Pay any other restocking fees, partial monthly service fees or taxes.
Return any equipment you leased or purchased from Clearwire, within 30 days, to the address given to you by the Customer Service representative. The equipment must be in working order and undamaged for you to receive any applicable refunds. You are charged a non-return fee if you do not return the equipment.
