Log on to your SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand account. You can use your Create OnDemand user ID or your CrystalReports.com credentials to log in. If you don't have an existing account, you can sign up on the SAP website or CrystalReports.com to gain a SAP Business Objects BI OnDemand account (see Resources).

Select "New Report" from the "Create and Explorer" menu. Click "Browse" and choose an existing Crystal Report. This will load a list of existing reports. Click the specific report link. You should now be able to view the report.

Copy and paste the URL for the online report for further usage. You can also print the report or view the parameters by clicking corresponding icons on top of the report page.

Click "Datasets" on the navigation pane residing on the left after you log in to your account. A list of datasets such as CRM Extract Sales will be shown on the right part of the window. Click a dataset to preview the data.

Click the "Explore" tab to view your data in the Dataset window. Select a category such as sales by clicking it when the data view is available. The summary, measures and the chart regarding your selected data are shown.

Select a chart and then "Create Custom Visualization" to create visualization of your selected data.
