I am Unable to Connect to the Internet After Microsoft Update KB951748 or MS08-037
You may be able to fix this issue by updating to the latest version of ZoneAlarm. Download the latest version and run the installer. If you still are unable to connect to the internet, you may need to uninstall the update. If you are not running ZoneAlarm, or updating to the latest version of ZoneAlarm does not fix the problem, you will need to uninstall the update. Do this by clicking on "Start," then "Control Panel." Click on "Add/Remove Programs." Check the box at the top of the windows that says "Show Updates." Scroll down until you see "KB951748." Click on the entry, then click on the "Remove" button. After either uninstalling the update or updating ZoneAlarm, restart your computer. You should now be able to connect to the internet.
