Go to the FedEx website and click "Track" at the top of the page. Scroll to "Obtain Signature Proof of Delivery." Enter your tracking number or numbers into the box provided. The tracking number is on your FedEx receipt that you obtained when you sent off your letter.

Enter your account number. If you have more than one account number for your shipments, click on the hyperlink "Here" provided underneath the title "Account No."

Select "View/print letter" "E-mail letter" or "Fax letter" under "How would you like to request the Signature Proof of Delivery?" Click the box to agree with the terms and conditions and click "Submit." You will now receive your signature confirmation to prove that your letter was sent to the receiver according to the way that you selected to receive your confirmation.
