Navigate to the Windows Live sign-in page. Enter your MSN or Hotmail username and password and click "Sign In" to view your Windows Live homepage.
Click the "Hotmail" link at the top of the screen.
Click the "Options" link in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click "More Options."
Click the "Personal Email Signature" link under "Writing Email" on the left side of the screen.
Type the email signature that you would like to use for your MSN or Hotmail account. To add a link to a website, click the planet-shaped icon at the top of the editing screen.
Click the "Save" button to begin using your email signature.
