Access the main Netzero page on the Internet (see Resources.)
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "My Account" link.
Enter your NetZero user ID in the provided box. Your NetZero user ID will consist of your old NetZero e-mail address. This may end in either .com or .net. If you are uncertain of which your NetZero ID ends in, you can try both using the drop-down menu provided.
Enter your password in the provided box. This will sign you in, even if the account has been deactivated. If you do not remember your password, proceed to step 5.
Click the link labeled "Forgot Your Password?"
Enter your NetZero member ID in the provided box, followed by your zip code. This will allow you to receive the information for your old NetZero account. If you are unable to remember your NetZero member ID or password, continue to step 7.
Complete a NetZero personal assistance ticket (see Resources.) Required information includes your name, address, phone number, and postal code. Select question type "Other" from the drop down menu, and write a note in the provided box explaining you wish to recover old NetZero accounts but don't have a password or user ID. This personal assistance ticket link guarantees a reply from NetZero within one business day.
Provide the identifying information that the NetZero representative requests when you are contacted. This information will normally include your name, zip code, type of NetZero service and dates of service. Your NetZero representative can then find your old account information and provide it to you.
