The KX-P2023 can print in four different fonts: Courier, Prestige, Bold PS and Script. It can also print between 40 and 160 characters per line, which gives the user a degree of versatility in her font-size choice.

When printing images, the KX-P2023 can print 360 by 360 dots per inch, meaning that each square inch of image printing is made up of just under 130,000 dots. This yields enough quality to print reasonably clear images that the user can recognize, but is not acceptable for things like photos.

The KX-P2023 only prints in black and white.
