Click "Start" > "Run" and enter "MMC." Click "OK." Add the certificates snap-in.
Click "Service Account" > "Local Computer" > "Microsoft Web Proxy Service."

Install or import the certificate that will be used with the ISA server.
Close the "Certificates MMC" snap-in. Launch the ISA management console.
