How to Put Your Picture As Default on a Windows 7 Starter

Open your computer's Start menu.

Click "Control Panel."

Click "User Accounts and Family Safety."

Click "User Accounts."

Click "Change your picture."

Click "Browse for more pictures." This is a small link below all the standard offered images.

Navigate to the picture of yourself you'd like to use. Select it and click "Open."

Click "Change Picture."
