Obtain a paid subscription. Once a paid subscription is obtained, Webex provides a meeting site that integrates your company to the Webex site.
Open browser, such as Internet explorer or Firefox. Launch browser and go to the meeting site. For example, if a company's name is Vandeenbros, the meeting site address is "vandeenbros.webex.com."
Access the meeting site, go to "Host log in," located on the top right hand side of the teal bar, to enter "User name" and "Password."
Enter the user name and password that Webex provides you. For example, "jsmith@vandeenbros.com." Then, click "Log in."
Click on the "Host a meeting" link on the left hand sidebar.
Fill out the appropriate information on the "Schedule a meeting" screen. Information such as: meeting topic, password, date, time of meeting, duration of meeting, and e-mails of the attendees in which you wish to send the invitation out to.
Click "Schedule a meeting."
