Open Access 2003. Click the "File" option on the menu bar. Click "Open." Click on your database name and select "Open." The database opens.

Click the "Query" object in the database. Select the "Create a query in design view" option. The Show Table dialog box appears. Add a table to the query by clicking the "Add" button. Close the Show Table dialog box by clicking the "Close" button.

Add fields to the query by double-clicking the field names from the table list. Click the "Query Type" icon on the menu bar. A drop-down list appears. Select "Make Table." Type a name for your query in the "Query Name" box. Click "OK."

Run the query by clicking the "Run" icon on the menu bar. Access prompts you to confirm the pasting of new records into a new table. Click "Yes." Access creates a new table based on the make table query.
