PM Modi launches UMANG app: To offer 150-plus government services and more [ad_1]

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched a new mobile app. Called UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance), it seeks to allow citizens to access a range of government services.

Using the app, one can locate CBSE exam centres, view school results, calculate crop insurance premium, access soil health cards, book OPD appointments at government hospitals and view lab reports from there, register and apply for the PMKY programme, raise EPFO claims and do much more.
