Telecom has launched a new entry-level smartphone, Konnect Power. The USP of the smartphone is its 3000mAh battery, which according to the company can last an entire day on a single charge.
Price and availability
Swipe Konnect comes at a price tag of Rs 4,999 and will be exclusively available on Snapdeal starting August 7. At this price point, the smartphone will compete against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4A and Reliance Lyf C459.
On specifications front, the Swipe Konnect Power sports a 5-inch HD display of 720x1280 pixel resolution. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor (unspecified) paired with 2GB of RAM. There's 16GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD cards.
For imaging duties, the smartphone sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera.
The smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.

Earlier this year, Swipe launched two new variants of its ELITE Star smartphone. While one variant has 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and is priced at Rs 3,699, the other has 1GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board storage and comes at a price tag of Rs 3,999. Both models are available on Flipkart.
