Close all instances of your Internet browser(s).
Open up ZoneAlarm.
Select the "Privacy" tab.
Click on "Main."
Look over your current options (write them down if you would like) so you will remember them, and then set all options to "Off."
Open your Internet browser and navigate to the site that was not functioning. Make sure it is working. If it is still not working, then the issue does not relate to ZoneAlarm.
Close down your Internet browser(s).
Return to the ZoneAlarm window.
Revert your privacy settings back to what they were before you turned them off.
Click on the "Site List" tab.
Open up your web browser again. Navigate once again to the site that was not working properly.
Return to the ZoneAlarm window.
Monitor the list in the "Site List" area. You will see ZoneAlarm adding blocked sites to the list.
Right-click on the website you'd like to unblock, then choose "Options."
Uncheck the boxes next to "Cookies," "Ad Blocking" and "Mobile Code." Click "OK."
Repeat Step 15 for any other sites you've been having trouble connecting to.
