Click on "Support" on the Verizon website.
Click on "Residential," "Business" or "Wireless." If you choose Residential or Business, select what type of residential or business service you have.
Log into your Verizon account when prompted. This will allow the site to identify you and better help you with your issues.
Scroll through the list of help topics once you've specified the type of service you have. When you find the issue you are dealing with, such as "Verizon will not connect" or "I cannot get Verizon service," click on the issue. The following page will lead you through a series of steps to try to fix the problem.
Click "Live Chat" at any time during the support process to chat with a service representative who can help you with your problems.
Call the phone number on your Verizon bill if you cannot access the Internet or if the online Help features do not actually help you.
