Train your Construction to level 40. You can accomplish this by building rooms and furniture, and completing quests.
Build an oak lectern in the "lectern" spot. An oak lectern allows you to create Enchant Sapphire and Varrock Teleport tablets. You must have the required runes and soft clay for each tablet you enchant.
Train your Construction to level 47. Grab two oak planks from your bank and enter your POH.
Upgrade your oak lectern to a demon- or eagle-shaped lectern. In addition to the tablets you can create with an oak lectern, the demon lectern allows you to create Enchant Emerald tablets. The eagle lectern allows you to create previous tablets, as well as Falador and Lumbridge Teleport tablets.
Train your Construction to level 57. Grab two teak planks from your bank and enter your POH.
Upgrade your demon- or eagle-shaped lectern to a teak demon or teak eagle lectern. In addition to the tablets you can create with the previous lectern, you can create Enchant Ruby and Varrock Teleport tablets with the teak demon lectern. The teak eagle lectern allows you to create previous tablets, as well as Camelot and Ardougne Teleport tablets.
Train your Construction to level 67. Grab two mahogany planks and one gold leaf, and enter your POH. The gold leaf required costs approximately 130,000 gold.
Upgrade your teak demon or teak eagle lectern to a mahogany demon or mahogany eagle lectern. In addition to the previous tablets, you can create Enchant Diamond, Dragonstone and Onyx, in addition to Bones to Peaches tablets with the mahogany demon lectern. The mahogany eagle lectern allows you to create all previous tablets, as well as Watchtower and House Teleport tablets.
