Download and install My MP3 Recorder (see Resources). This program allows you to record any sounds playing from your computer's speakers into the MP3 format. This is the best option if the Web show is playing live and isn't saved on the Web site you're playing it from.
Navigate to the Website ConvertFiles (see Resources). Click "or download it from" on the website. Paste the website address of your Web show into the textbox there and use the Convert button to download the show into MP3 format on your computer.
Open your browser to FreeFileConvert (see Resources). Click "URL Download" to access that part of the site. Enter your Web show's address into the textbox there and select "MP3" as the output format. You can then use FreeFileConvert to download your Web show to MP3.
