Purchase and download a keylogger software, such as All In One Keylogger, Family Cyber Alert or System Surveillance Pro. The link to C-NET in the resources section of this article will allow you to download these programs directly from its site. Click "Download" and then run the EXE file to install the application. The keylogger will run in the background.

Allow enough time for your child to browse the Internet and log in to Myspace. This time may vary, depending on how often your child goes online. When the child logs in, the keystroke information will be saved by the keylogger program.

Open the keylogger software by clicking "Start," "All Programs" and then the name of the program from the list that is generated. You will have to enter a password to access to the programs. This ensures that you are the only one who can read the information. It also keeps others from knowing what information is collected.

Obtain the Myspace login passwords that have been collected from the various users on the computer. If you are using Cyber Family Alert, click on the "Keystrokes" tab to display the data that has been typed in by your child. All In One Keylogger users should click on the "Open Log Viewer." All the entered text, including the Myspace password, will be viewable on the left side of the program's user interface. For Cyber Family Alert and System Surveillance Pro user's, click the computer keyboard icon at the top of the screen to see the list of text and passwords.

Type the email address and passwords necessary to access your child's account on the Myspace login screen.
