How to Switch Drive C to E

Click your "Start" menu and click "Control Panel."

Click "System and Security" ("System and Maintenance" in Windows Vista) and click "Administrative Tools."

Double-click "Computer Management" and navigate to "Disk Management."

Right-click the partition with "C" in parentheses and click "Change Drive Letter and Paths."

Select "C" and click "Change."

Select "Assign the following drive letter" and choose "E" from the drop-down list.
