Plug the 3G card into one of the computers, and connect to the 3G network with that computer, following the connection routine for the provider of the 3G service.
Click on the "Start" button, a circle with the Windows logo, and click on the "Control Panel" button.
Select "Network and Internet" from the control panel, and select "Network and Sharing Center" to open the network connections dialog box.
Select the 3G connection.
Click on the "Properties" button, located in the lower-left corner of the dialog box.
Select the "Sharing" tab, in the upper right.
Check the box next to "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection," and then select "Wireless Network Connection" from the drop-down menu and press the "Settings" button.
Check the box next to "Web Server (HTTP)" and press the "OK" button.
Click on "Set up a new connection or network." Then select "Set up a wireless ad hoc network" from the available options.
Enter a name and password for the network where prompted, then press the "Next" button.
Click on the "Turn on Internet connection sharing" option.
