How to Retrieve a Forgotten User Password for a Domain

Launch your web browser and navigate to the website/domain for which you've forgotten the user password. Select the log-in link.

Scroll down to the password field and locate the link "Forgotten Password." Click the link and wait to be redirected to a password retrieval form.

Enter the information requested on the form in the appropriate fields. Most forms ask for the email address that you used when you set up the account, along with your user name. The form might also ask you to complete a series of security questions.

Double-check your information and click "Submit."

Access your email account and locate the message from the domain in question. Open the email message to retrieve your user account password.
