Navigate to the Internet Explorer 6 Web page.
Click the "Download" button, then click the "Go" button.
Choose "Open" or "Run this program from its current location" depending on your operating system. Wait for the system to download the software. Double-click the .exe file on your desktop if the installer does not launch.
Follow the installer prompts. These can be slightly different depending on the operating system. Restart your computer when the process is complete.
