How to Register a Mobile Device on AIM

Open AIM on your computer and sign in to your account.

Go to the "Menu" button and click "Settings." Then, go to the "Mobile" tab and click on the "Register Mobile Device" button. The registration page will now open up in your web browser.

Make sure that you turn your mobile phone on. Then type in your 10-digit cell phone number on the website. Click "Send" when you are finished.

Check your cell phone. You should now receive a text message containing your 4-digit confirmation code. Type this code in the confirmation box and then click "Confirm." Your are now able to receive AIM messages on your phone.
