» » » » » » » How to Convert a Public Folder Calendar to a Room Resource in Exchange 2007

Open the Start menu and select "All Programs." Click the folder labeled "Microsoft Exchange Server 2007."

Click to open "Exchange Management Shell."

Type "Set-Mailbox ConfRoom1 -Type Room" and press the "Enter" key. This will convert the shared mailbox, along with its calendar, to a room resource mailbox account.

Close "Exchange Management Shell" when the conversion is complete.

    This has nothing to do with public folders. Do some more research before you post crap.

    This is assuming you have a mailbox set up as ConfRoom1 and want to convert it to a Room mailbox. This will not work with a calendar based in Public Folders.
